Teachers are almost always going on about careless mistakes. I mean, blah blah blah careless mistakes blah blah blah am I speaking in french blah blah blah I am very disappointed is about all you hear. Even typing it was hard for me. So, what is the definition of a careless mistake?
Careless: Without Care( Pretty obvious actually...)
Mistake: An error
Put it together and you get, um, Without care error? Ok never mind. It basically means that we should be more carefull about doing homework and exams and stuff like that. This is only part one of my explination, so listen carefully to part 2.
